We understand that, occasionally, you may need to return a product or request a refund. This Refunds & Returns Policy outlines the process and conditions for such requests.
2. Returns Eligibility
2.1 Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or incorrect please contact our Customer Support team within three (3) days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and replacement at no additional cost.
3. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
3.1 Contact Customer Support: For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact our Customer Support team at customercare@lankadryfish.com within three (3) days. 3.2 Return Authorisation: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
4. Return Shipping
4.1 Responsibility: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
4.2 Shipping Method: We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us.
5. Refunds
5.1 Process: Refunds will be issued within fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. In the event that a customer fails to receive the package at the designated delivery time or if the courier service returns the package due to customer-related issues, a standard courier charge will be deducted from the refund amount. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the availability and reception of the package during the scheduled delivery
